It is the Lord's Day

Today I joined, again, a prayer group that meets during second service at church. It is SUCH a blessing. I will become a "regular." Our beloved pastor recently told us he has prostate cancer. With that and so many other requests we hold dear to our hearts, we have been shaken up out of lethargic prayer.

Today is the beginning of Easter week... a time of inner preparation as special to me as decorating my heart for Christmas.

...a time to remember just what it cost my Savior to give me the joy and freedom of salvation. I'll never be the same.
