A group of friends and I walked a 5K this morning
at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
Debbie (far left) didn't cut me any slack and made we walk fast.
This event made me miss training and being in shape.
I haven't really trained in recent years.
So lazy!
The highlight was the FREE 15-minute massage afterward
by some massage students.
Heavenly!!
If I had a million dollars, I'd have a full hour massage once a week.
Decadent, you say? Remember, I'm a millionaire.
